Over the course of my career I have had the privilege of working in schools across multiple countries and educational systems. Experiencing different cultures, curricula, and school structures has broadened my perspective as an educator and leader. It has allowed me to see how strong schools operate in a variety of contexts and has deepened my understanding of what truly matters in education: clarity of expectations, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to helping every child flourish.

Over the past two decades, I have been privileged to work in leading international schools across Vietnam, Singapore, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Armenia, Panama, Argentina and now Vietnam once again. These experiences have allowed me to lead schools through periods of growth, curriculum development, organisational change and school improvement while working with diverse communities from around the world.
Throughout my career, I have specialised in developing high-performing teams, strengthening teaching and learning, building positive school cultures and creating environments where children flourish both academically and personally.

2026–Present
Leading the establishment of Rugby School Hanoi's Pre-Prep, developing an exceptional Early Years and Key Stage One provision built upon the traditions and values of Rugby School whilst responding to the needs of an international community in Vietnam.

Led the Primary division, focusing on curriculum development, instructional leadership, staff development, wellbeing and strengthening collaboration across the school community.

Provided strategic leadership during a period of organisational growth, campus integration and school improvement, strengthening academic systems, communication and operational effectiveness.

Provided senior leadership for a large British international school, overseeing teaching, curriculum, assessment, pastoral care and staff development. Contributed to the school's successful COBIS Outstanding accreditation and led a range of whole-school strategic initiatives.
